Accomodation
We negotiated with the city hotels for an allotment of rooms to ensure that hotel accommodation will be available for all conference delegates. We strongly recommend you to make your booking as early as possible, as these rooms will only be reserved for you until about 4 weeks before the conference (for the youth hostel the reservations have to be arranged 8 weeks before the conference).
Special rates have been negotiated for KONVENS2010 participants, therefore it is indispensable that you give the arranged booking keyword (bkw) in order to be charged the lower prices.
